3. วัตถุประสงค์
1.เพื่อเป็นการพัฒนาระบบ และการดำเนินงานของบุคลากรสำนักงานวิทยาเขตโดยรวม
2.เพื่อเป็นการแลกเปลี่ยนการเรียนรู้ ระหว่างบุคลากรของสำนักงานวิทยาเขต
3.เป็นการถ่ายทอดหรือถ่ายโอนความรู้ของบุคลากรที่มีความรู้ ความเชี่ยวชาญที่เกิดจากการสั่งสมประสบการณ์การทำงาน หรือเป็นทักษะความชำนาญเฉพาะบุคคลเฉพาะเรื่อง
4. เพื่อเป็นการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีต่อกันในเชิงสร้างสรรค์ และเป็นการพัฒนาบุคลากรโดยรวม
5.เพื่อสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจ และแนวทางการจัดการความรู้ และการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการความรู้ของบุคลากร

16. สรุปผลการดำเนินงานโครงการ/กิจกรรม
 
ในการจัดโครงการจัดการความรู้ เรื่อง การเสวนาการจัดการศึกษา โดยมีกลุ่มเป้าหมายเป็นนักวิชาการศึกษาที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการศึกษา การเรียนการสอน และการสอบ งานทะเบียนนิสิต การขอจบ และการขอเทียบรายวิชา การตรวจสอบผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา และงานกิจกรรมต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับนิสิต เพื่อเป็นการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้และกำหนดเป็นแนวปฏิบัติในการดำเนินงานร่วมกัน ตลอดจนเป็นการหารือเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาร่วมกันในภาพรวม มีผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการจำนวน 36 คน มีระดับความพึงพอใจในภาพรวมของการจัดโครงการ 3.68 จากคะแนนเต็ม 5 อยู่ในเกณฑ์ระดับความพึงพอใจ "มาก" ดำเนินงานตามแผน
